Officers
Up to ten officers can be associated with each ticket. Existing officers can be added to this table by pressing F1 in the id field. Pressing F10 in the id field will add a new officer to the main officers table as well as link it to this ticket. Having the officers and victims/witness listed on the ticket allows for subpoenas to be issued hassle free.
