Add Fee
Pressing F1 from the ledger will let you add a new fee. The majority of the time the fees are added automatically to the ledger when the charge is dispersed. If the need arises for adding a fee to the ledger you will do it from this screen.
To add the fee pick the Fee Type, Agency Pay Category and amount then press ok. An optional comment can be filled out if added documentation is needed.
