Create Data To Upload
Creates the file that will be loaded to the website and generates a report showing which charges will be upload, the charge amount, any late/contempt fee associated with the charge and the totals.
Late/Contempt fees are calculated based on user defined settings that are entered when the system is install and stay accessible at anytime. One of two fines will be added to the charges if the charge is the number of specified days past the arraignment date.
